An order is accepted when we confirm acceptance or begin processing the order.

If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, the relevant payment will be refunded.

The amount payable before you complete your order will be shown at checkout.
Shipping charges, where applicable, will be displayed before payment is completed.
You agree to provide accurate and current billing and payment information.

Delivery estimates are estimates and may vary depending on destination, product, fulfilment location, carrier, customs processing and circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Some products may be dispatched directly from fulfilment partners located outside your country.
Products from the same order may arrive in separate packages.

For consumer purchases, responsibility for the goods remains with us until the goods are delivered to you or to a person identified by you to receive them, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
6. RETURNS, CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights regarding faulty, damaged, unsafe or misdescribed products.

Pet products must be used responsibly and under appropriate supervision.
Products designed to assist with swimming, grooming, feeding, exercise or pet care are not substitutes for responsible supervision or professional veterinary advice.
Stop using a product if it becomes damaged or unsafe.
